Terms of service · Effective 15 September 2026

The short version of how this works.

These terms cover the use of this website, our booking widget, and the emails and text messages we send. Paid work is governed by a separate written client agreement, which says exactly what is being built, what it costs, and what each side does. Where the two differ, the client agreement wins.

Who you are dealing with

Nisse Group is the business name of Karel Nijzink, West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. "We", "us" and "Nisse" mean that business. "You" means the person or company using the site or working with us.

Using this website

The site is here so you can learn what we do and get in touch. You can read it, share it, and book a call through it. You may not copy the site or its content for commercial use, scrape it, try to break it, or use it to send anything unlawful or misleading. Demo pages we prepare for a specific prospect are private to that prospect and are not to be shared further.

Booking a call

Booking a call through our widget creates an appointment and sends confirmation and reminder messages. Calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. If a call needs to move, use the reschedule link in the confirmation or email us.

Email and text messages

By giving us your email address or mobile number and asking us to be in touch, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, appointments, and any work we do together. For text messages: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help. We never share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their marketing. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.

Client work

Every paid engagement has a written client agreement. It describes the scope, the fees, the timeline, what you provide, ownership of the finished system, support, and how either side can end it. Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted without that agreement. Prices and timelines on prospect-specific pages are for that prospect and that moment, and can change before an agreement is signed.

Systems we build for you

The systems we build run on third-party platforms (for example HighLevel, Google, Stripe, your website host, and the phone carriers) that neither of us controls. We are responsible for the setup and for fixing what we set up. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, message filtering, or approval timelines at those platforms, and we will tell you as soon as one affects you.

Content and ownership

The text, design and brand of this site belong to Nisse Group. Our methods and templates remain ours and may be reused across clients; a client's data is always the client's. Client logos or names appear on this site only with permission, and a client can withdraw that permission by emailing us.

No guarantees on the website

The website is provided as is. We keep it accurate, but examples, figures and descriptions here are illustrative unless they appear in a signed client agreement. Anything we do promise in writing for a specific piece of work lives in that agreement, not here.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with the website, the booking widget, or messages we send is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars. Liability for paid work is set out in the client agreement. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses or lost profits.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute is heard in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Questions go to [email protected].
